Any man capable of single-handedly dismantling the Constitution, convincing Congress to launch a war against a sovereign nation, turning a revenue surplus into the most massive deficit in history, without getting impeached is truly a genius.

Obviously you know something 90% of the rest of the world, including his family, doesn't know. The other 10% don't care.

The only thing genius about him is that he knows to step aside and let Cheney make all the bad decisions for him. Bush can't formulate a sentence much less a national policy.
