not much. The pregnancy hormone is more concentrated if you haven't went to the restroom in a while. Doesn't have to be overnight. Should be fine, just don't "go" before you get there.

They suggest that you take the urine test in the morning because that is when more pregnancy hormones are detected and it helps make the reading MORE accurate.
Don't worry the doctor knows what he's doing. I wish you the best of luck ;0)

morning urine has the highest levels of whatever chemical your body produces when youre pregnant because overnight it has a chance to build up. but your doctor should be able to still get an accurate result even if you dont get there first thing in the morning.

I know that if you take a home pregnancy test it has to be morning urine, but I know that at the Dr ofc it doesn't matter, so to answer your question no it wont matter.

Your levels are just higher in the am as your urine is more concentrated. Your doctor's office will be able to detect even the slightest levels.

Your first urination of the day is the most potent anf ull of vitamins, minerals, and other things the dr. will test. So yes, it makes a difference.

If you haven't urinated within the past 8 hours it should be nominally the same.

i would ask if you can bring in a cup of your morning urine! morning urine is the best because you havent had any fluid in your body yet to dilute your urine! and it would have the most hormones in it in the morning due to holding it all night!
GOODLUCK & BABY DUST!

if you are very early in your pregnancy... haven't missed a period yet, then you should use the first urine. if you've already missed a period then it doesn't make a big difference what time it is...

its the first pee that accumulates over night that has the most potent hormone levels. so its the most accurate. but they can still determine if you are pregnant with mid afternoon pee.
