Sleep deprivation. Which is triggered by stress. When things get rough, I can't sleep. A few years ago, when things were really bad, I went almost a month with absolutely no sleep. I ended up in the hospital because of it and have suffered permanent damage to my brain. Nothing major and hasn't caused any issues yet but a part of my brain is actually dead tissue now.
Any way, so when I get stressed out, I get tired and my head starts to hurt.
