He was called that by General Tommy Franks. Feith, former Assistant Defense Secty under Rumsfeld, was head of the "alternate intelligence organization" in the Pentagon which teed up the phony "intel" used to justify the Iraq adventure.
I'm convinced he the man, but maybe y'all have other candidates for the title?

Sorry, Braz...but no, that honor belongs exclusively to the current President of the United States. No one else comes anywhere close! I'll give Feith a strong, if distant, second place showing, though.

He may be the stupidest man on Earth, but to say he is "the stupidest f*ing man on earth" implies there is a woman (or perhaps a man or barnyard animal) that is so stupid it would f*** him.
This MAY be true... but I find that hard to believe
