If you aren't still actually recovering from your hysterectomy, you should go talk to a doctor if you are bleeding. If you've just recently had your hysterectomy, the link below has a list of things that mean you should call your doctor.

vaginal bleeding after a hysterectomy is not uncommon, but you don't say how long ago you had the surgery, if it has been more than a couple of days, then you should not be bleeding and should indeed seek medical help.
