That is just integrated graphics. The motherboard implementation only supports a VGA output. The TV out function is usually implemented in dedicated graphics cards. You need to install one if you need TV out function.

Look on the back for a yello RCA connector that would accept a video source like a game console or something,,,if you have one of those then you can use it to connect to the TV and see the computer output on the screen,...
also you may have a SVideo port on it that you will need the correct cable and port on the TV to use...
