It's all about attitude, attitude, attitude! Don't be nervous, and don't feel rushed to answer questions. Take your time.

Go there as a professional, looking like one, small briefcase or folder, several pens, suit and tie, shined shoes, big smile, groomed hair.
Know something about whatever company you have an interview with. Check them out on Google and make notes.
Do not be nervous, as it will show, and could hold you back. You must exude confidence.
Memorize the answers to the usual questions you will be asked, such as "where do you see yourself in 5 years", "what do you bring to the table", "what are your short and long range goals", and "what are your strengths and weaknesses". Know the answers to these questions.
Do not bring a watch, so you don't error and look at it like you have somewhere else to go.
Firm handshake when introduced. Break the ice if the interviewer doesn't speak first, with something like "wow, was it easy getting here", or "guess we may not get the rain predicted'.
NEVER, NEVER SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE.

Few weeks in the past, substitute into that the earliest time for an interview, it shows you at the instant are not that involved in case you wait too long. besides, Kmart and Sears have the comparable equipment reason they merged, Sears gave me an interview time like yours, so I went and no managers have been around, seems laptop schedules interviews without telling everyone or supervisor do in basic terms not verify, besides, i could call in the previous to varify, in the event that they say 'ok' than bypass, if not 'ok', ask for time suitable there and then or shop calling till managers are there to do interviews. good luck
