IF in fact you arent asking about some abstract way to raise the actual seat and lid,,,give the 10 to Tonette.
Stores that sell medical supplies, often for the disabled, can seel you, what is likely going to be a Cellular Foam cushion, in the shape of the seat, that might allow a 6 inch Rise. That might not be a part that allows a seat and lid to close, but more an appliance to raise the seat.
If you wanted to spend the money, certainly you could buy a toilet, usually designed for public "handicapped" bathroom stalls, that would have a higher SEAT profile than usual.

If you are talking about a kiddie seat, most major retailers have them. If looking for an adult seat, try a medical supply store that sells wheelchairs and oxygen tanks. Places like CVS or Walgreen's would be a good bet too.
