Like others have said home centers, hardware stores and electrical supply houses. The only gotcha with 3 and 4 way dimmers is you can only have one dimmer, the others will be just plain 3 or 4 way switches (not dimmers). If the dimmer is all the way dim the other switches won't do much. Mix and match brands all you want.

Any large hardware outlet will carry them.
Do be advised that such a switch is part of
a system, and it will be easier to get the wiring
right if the new switch is of the same manufacture
and type as the existing switches.
