yes, and they can be harder to ride than a real bull. that depends on the person running the mechanical bull. a bulls behavior can be part way predicted by how he acted in prior rides.

Yes, once at this country (music) club they used to have here. But they would let the girls hang on with both hands, but it was still fun. I rode it 'till the end!!

No, but my daughter has, she went on one a couple of years ago at a fair, and stayed on longer than anyone else there! She has ridden horses for years, though. It looks like great fun but I woudn't be brave enough to have a first attempt in public!
