A couple of the comments on youtube said it was a lizard. The cruelty is horrific.
Yet another reason why I'm vegetarian.

looks like a frog or a toad of some sort

try cooking rattlesnake, after you have skinned and cleaned the carcass you have to put a lid on the pot and secure it to keep the snake from crawling out
