I believe it's an artist named Dennis Wilson, and the song is called "River Song". Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a sample of it anywhere (I did not check iTunes) to confirm this.

I haven't seen this commercial but I know the Dennis Wilson song and it doesn't have those lyrics. You can verify it's the wrong one by listening to the YouTube video below...
