Yes, you can download belarc advisor. This program is free and will take a picture of your entire system. And will give you an auto. webpage with your entire system, includes, serial # of your platform, HDD, dates of every software program that you dowloaded, including dates of critical updates and any missing updates.

You can save the data or print out the data. Excellent if you ever take your PC, in for repair you will know when you get back your PC if any chip was changed that you did not request. You can run again and compare.
