I like some of your answers.. and clearly you have more questions than answers, and that is understandable.

Just try to be good to people and treat them as you would want to be treated. There will be times you make incorrect decisions about love, life and sex, but keep in mind, being gay is not the problem usually. You would have issues if your were heterosexual as well. Its a part of growing up.

Take some consolation that you are not alone, and while the rhetoric about gays is really constant and often hate-filled from well meaning, albeit devoutly religious people. But I can gladly say, it has been my experience that those stances change when people actually find out someone they know and love is gay.

It helps them to question their own beliefs.

I have always tried to be a Gay ambassador to others in my actions, words and examples. But it helps to have a thick-skin at times.

And keep expressing yourself but always be respectful.

P.S. Just an afterthought when reading the post regarding HIV and AIDS ending the world because of homosexuals. They are correct, these diseases are not only carried by homosexuals... Over 80% of the worlds population living with HIV and AIDS are heterosexual.

Don't you just hate when your friends say they know you but they don't knwo your gay? I hate that lol.

I think your views are good. Being young and gay/bi is hard. Many problems throught out school and social life.

Express yourself hun, that's what we all need to do. I mean come on someone came up to me said I was a ******* and that the world was going to end because of the homosexuality population. AIDS and STDs HIV and all that jazz isn't only carried by homosexulas.

that is good. I think the more we hide who we are, the harder it is for the next generation to be accepted. Exposure is good for all types of people. I personally, am a single mom that is by no means a victim of life or 'down in the dumps'. I am giving my lifestyle a good name and am considering adopting another child in 7 years. You need support if you do not feel accepted for who you are. And since your lifestyle is not yet widely accepted, the more public exposure, the better for helping people learn to accept it:)

I am straight, and I totally support your cause, I am sorry that your going through so much trouble about this, but there is nothing wrong with being homosexual. I for one, have so many gay and lesbian and bi friends it's not funny. I think that it's great that you are trying to bring awareness to how hard it is!

Well alot of people don't like it because they believe in the word of GOD. Being homosexual is against what is written in the bible. Alot of people don't like it because it's a sin and against their beliefs. If you want to talk about homosexual topics i suggest you search for a forums that contains people in the same genre.

1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders

If you believe in God and trying to make it to heaven then i suggest you straighten up.

I am not gay but I respect those who are. I have lots of gay friends and I don't mind about their sexual preferences. You should tell your friends, don't be scare!!! If they reject you...they are not worthed. If they are your truly friends, they'll support you.

Fight for everything you believe in!!!! and BE HAPPY!!!!
