It was speaking of the QB's for S.F, The Jags and the Panthers.

Is there such a thing as watching to much football?
If so, can I tell her she wears too much makeup?..and will ESPN back me up on it?
All I have is football..and college basketball...and baseball...and Nascar...and my kids.
oh yes...and her.
She hasnt been wrong about anything in 7+ years...espn is not helping me with proving otherwise...of course there's also zero chance she will see anything written on ESPN ;)
My question: Anyone else watching too much football?

My wife tells me that every weekend, she finally gave up trying to get me out of the house on weekends from Sept-Jan.
She is amazed I can consume as football as I do, College all day Sat. Pro's all day Sun. Probably like everyone else here. It helps now that she has accepted the game in my life, and has even watched some with me.

There is a life out there.
When I used to watch football all the time.
Then I had to work on Sundays for sevral years.
Then was put on M-F again.
You know what...... There is a heck of a lot more fun things to do that sit on a chair all day and watch TV.
I really have more fun by not watching football.

awwww... i dont think you watch too much football at all! My fiance works on sunday and he can name all of the 49ers qbs from this year! Maybe she just wants some attention maybe give her a quickie during half time!!! I mean you dont really need to see the half time show just sign online to check updates on scores you arent watching! This way she wont mind you watching perhaps shell even encourage it more!!

I've been told that I do.
Don't ever, under any circumstances, tell your wife anything but "You look beautiful." Making comments about her weight, how much makeup she wears or any critiques of her fashion choices will probably leave you high and dry in the bedroom for a long time...and the guys at ESPN will probably just laugh at you for being dumb.

Probably if you start watching semi pro or canadian football then you might have an issue goin on there. But no such thing as watching too much NFL. I can't watch enough.

So stop watching ESPN and switch to NFL. It is an oxymoron for anyone to say you watch too much football - that's ridiculous. It makes no sense whatsoever. It's like saying you have too much sex.

if they had football all year i would watch it...but during the spring i get the ole fishin poles out to help pass time till the football season
