Who were the only four players in history at the polo grounds to ever hit a home run over the city field bleachers, a very "short" 510 ft. to the wall, ugh!!!! It happened twice in 1963 when the Mets were playing there.......

I believe Lou Brock hit one in 1962 and Aaron hit one a day later. The only other homerun hit over the center field fence was Joe Adcock in 1953. I will try to follow-up with a reference for you.

Sinatra has it nailed. To add to his answer, Joe Adcock is the only one of the bunch to hit the ball out over the center field fence.

I think it was: Willie Mays, Willie Stargell, Joe DiMaggio, and Ernie Banks
