What will happen if someone is harrasing you by constantly asking for?

money you don't have. If I did report it what would the police do and would it be affective to the extent that I am not harrassed again. I'm being harrassed by my cousin I have given him tons of money but wont leave me alone. I am at my tether with him.

I do not owe this cousin anything, his excuse is tha he is penniless and that I should help him. When I give him money spends he is back asking for more. I have had enough now

First, the behavior would have to meet the legal definition of harassment in your state. Second, if you owe the person money, asking you for the money is not harassment.
