Okay, here are some of my favourites, in no particular order:

Kate and Leopold - a really sweet, fairytale-like story. Hugh Jackman and Meg Ryan and wonderful in this.

Only You - Robert Downey Jr and Marisa Tomei, with some beautiful, romantic Italian scenery. This is a really cute movie, and the romance is believable, even if the story's a bit silly.

Pride and Prejudice (the BBC adaptation with Jennifer Ehle and Colin Firth) - simply wonderful.

I loved the movie: The Holiday (2006 with Carmen Diaz)
And, I can't forget Notting Hill (2005? with Julia Roberts)
A cute one is "What a Girl Wants," with that Amanda B. girl.
Many movies are cute, and not overly romantic.
That would be Paycheck (with Ben Affleck)

Did you really like the Notebook? I haven't seen that one yet.
Someone gave it to me as an early Christmas present.
