If your airbags did not deploy, then the accident was obviously not that bad. And what manufacturer is offering you another car? I find this a little hard to believe. Your car is not damaged that badly, so just get it fixed and drive away. Your insurance will pay for the repairs and you won't be out any money.

If the airbags didn't deploy you either didn't hit fast or hard enough or the system warning light was on and you didn't have the system inspected. If it really is the car manufacturers fault I doubt that they offered you"something for the inconvenience" because it would just be opening themselves to a lawsuit. You should have an attorney take care of this for you.

the airbags are designed to inflate when in an accident the shock level is above a certain point.

it is designed in such way to stop airbag going off on minor accident.

just hire an attorney. Seriously, any money that you might get from the car manufacturer will be a fraction of what you could get.

verify each and all the motor pulleys on the front of engine, if there substitute into an twist of destiny. with a bit of luck, your engine isn't locked-up. attempt turning it over through hand with a torque bar. turn engine in the two guidelines. good luck!!

well it depends on what kind of car you had, you should ask for one bout the same price, but ask them to give you a car that they think is a bit safer, dont be rediculous and ask for one thats way over your price range, they will respect you more and treat you better
