Not "common" but not rare enough to be unheard of. Although unorthodox there are many explanations behind this behavior, sexually and otherwise. As long as there aren't any complications in the matter, the mother isn't providing for an adult man and an infant, you're in a committed relationship and free of any diseases, there really shouldn't be any issues.

I'm not sure how common or uncommon it is, but it is not unheard of. No doubt some people sexualize it (hence the negative reactions above) but for many couples it can be an act of intimate bonding (not overtly sexual).

I know that my partner wishes that her husband at the time was more open to it. It was an experience she wanted to share with him.

My two wives and I engaged in it a little when our children were born, but they both had problems breastfeeding so it was not something we did for long.

If this is something the two of you wish to do, more power to you.

it is common for men who were deprived of breast milk from their mom when they were babies.

why are people so ignorant. i just lost a baby a week ago and breastpumps seem to hurt me alot . My husband is the one who helps me . i dont think it has nothing wrong for me and my husband in such rough times we are going thru that made us closer. plus hes helping me at the same time. i dont think so and if she does not feel bad about it either just ignore the 2 idiots that answer before me. take care
