If your passing grade is 65 like mine was, you just add up your four quarters and subtract it from 325.

Depends on how much each portion of the class is worth.

Say you had 5 homeworks, 3 projects, and 3 tests and the final remaining. Say homework was 20% of the course, projects 30% of the course, tests 30% of the course, and the final 20% of the course.

Take your average homework grade (assuming each homework is worth the same as each other homework), and multiply by 0.2 (20%). Average project grade * 0.3 (30%), average test grade * 0.30 (30%). You'll end up with a number that can't be higher than 80, let's call it A, and the grade on the final X you need to get, and the grade you want to get Z.

A +0.2*X = Z. You'll know what Z is (since you pick an 90 or an 80 or whatever), so it should look like:

X = 5*(Z - A)

ok you find out what each section is worth in your final grade (classwork=40% tests=40% homework=20%) then find your average for now by adding all the grades dividing by the number of grades then multiplying by the precent (classwork=.4) and adding all them together then you add the grde of the final in to whatever it goes under and find your average

Ask your teacher. You have a right to know. They don't all use the same formula. Anyway, you got no problem. A or A- isn't bad, at all.
