I agree with the Brady Answer's. I think Bill is a good coach....... but genius! It doesn't take a genius to win with Tom Brady. Bill's track record without Brady is just average at best.

Brady. Belichick has no personality and that kinda freaks me out.

I believe the the question sound legit but I wonder. Here is my answer either way, could care less if i get a thumbs down cause I'm telling it how I see it. I'd choose Belicheck over Brady, why you may ask? Belicheck may seem arrogant, and cold, and people may call him the only cheating coach in the NFL cause he was caught, but you put that aside and look what he has be able to do. He is able to push players who fans may ask why the hell is that guy even part of the team to a higher level. He is a good scout and good judge of finding players and coaches to put together a good team. Sometimes being a cold arrogant coach can be the best coach a team can get whether the fans or the media like it or not. And to add one more thing to the mix, he has a interesting mind. Hoe many coaches will suddenly say screw the basic Defensive an Offensive lines and create something new that works 80%+ of the times? Not many thats for sure.

Belichick.

Championships are won as a team and Bill was the one who put everything together.

Bill built the defense and that powerful O-line where 3 of them are Pro Bowlers.

You probably never saw Belichick winning in Cleveland, but neither was Brady winning in Michigan. He won 10 games each season as the starter, but the Wolverines are guaranteed to win at least 9 games whoever is their QB.

of course brady. the coach isnt the one throwing the ball, you can have a perfect plan, but if it isnt executed properly, you will still lose. you take the player before the coach anytime every time. brady made belicheck, you didnt see belicheck winning superbowls in cleveland did you? brady would have been great regardless if bill was his coach or not.
