I am a girl so I don't know too much about it but I know that it doesn't stop growing at age 10. 10 year olds penis's are quite small compared to most mens. I would think that it will stop growing at the end of puberty around 20 years old.
I have read somewhere that doing squats can strengthen the muscles that help keep it erect, which can make it appear bigger, harder and prouder!

DO NOT buy a pump, they cause extensive scarring and ruin the penis, they don't make it bigger, just cause scaring. and yes your penis will still get bigger. they don't stop growing untill you arearound 18(end of puberty) don't worry
