No real offense but between 500 and 100 isn't exactly little.
The shower plumbing relocation alone will cost more than the $100. You might find a preformed, or Kit shower for under $200?
The finish work might just be paint, Vinyl sheet stock, etc.
Removing the tub will likely damage walls, and certainly you'll have a bare substrate under it, but it can be cut up, or sledge hammered, depending on its substance.
With all due respect, even for a DIY if people could do a major bath remodel for $500 or less, I'd have a lot less work.

That is a tight budget, so you better be ready to do some shopping. Many used building material retailers are popping up. Often the best deals can be found at yard sales or homes that are going threw a remodel at the moment. Often you can get pedestal sinks for a few dollars(20). And shower pans for even less. Walmart sells sink faucets for 20 dollars. A Neo Angle shower pan will be the best space saver, unfortunately, the shower door will cost 500 to 1100 dollars depending on quality. We haven't even gotten to the cost of tile, sheet rock, flooring, wonder board, and new paint.
Flooring stores often have a great selection of odd sized tiles that are very nice for cheap. New linoleum flooring can be very cheap as well. By the way, you are going to have to perform all of the work your self for that budget.
Good Luck.

I don't think you can do any of that for $100. You might be able to demo the tub and fixture, but you probably won't be able to purchase a standup shower for $100, much less install it correctly. The shower stall will be a few hundred by itself. Additionally, moving the sink will require new fittings and mounting materials.
I don't see it possible to do what you want with what you have, you might just have to live with it. I'd check with a building supply retailer like Home Depot or Lowe's, they might have better suggestions for what you can get with "a little over $100.00"

Hello Kristie. I am really not being a smarta** here, but you are just unrealistic expecting to do what you want for that type of budget. Even if you could find used items, leftover stuff or donated, when you get done, it will look exactly like what it cost. In my opinion, you are better off saving your money till you have what is needed ( and you can get decent estimates and costs through Loews/Home Depot, etc) and tackle it then. I hope this helps you.
