I seriously doubt it given the current economic scenerio in the United States, I see the Dow being flat to down in 2008 with a year end target of 12,600.

The best answer is it is very possible. I think who ever answer you yes or no does not have a clue. Market are very difficult to predict. but If we take history as a I guide with average return of the stock market around 11 to 12% then a Dow of 15,000 is even possible. So if you are planning to invest then I suggest to shoot for the long term other than the short run.
