Theoretically it's impossible to get pregnant while menstruating. This is because by the time you're menstruating, the ovum (egg) has already been secreted and was not implanted into the wall of the uterus, which is why you're menstruating in the first place. Since the egg is long gone, no pregnancy can theoretically happen. BUT, sometimes you can bleed mid-cycle which can be confused with a period, so during those instances, pregnancy might occur.

i can 100% guarantee my youngest was conceived while on my period
how can i guarantee it..because i had not had sex for 3 years and was "attacked" while on my period and and did not have sex after that at any time and 2 months later my doc told me i was pregnant
