He's just as guilty as Bonds and yet he still gets treated less severely.

You will have to tell us who is treating him better before we can respond.

Roger Clemens is just as hated as Barry Bonds and it has NOTHING to do with RACE.
I don't particularly care for Clemens but he did NOT lie to a federal grand jury while Bonds did. So there is NO way that you can say that Clemens is JUST as guilty as Bonds... because he is NOT.
Did everyone love Clemens when he beaned Piazza and then threw a fractured pice of a bat in his direction? Did anyone on the Yankees like him when he was pitching for the Blue Jays and trying to bean Yankee batters?
Clemens is one of the reasons that the Yankees have wasted money in trying to buy another championship since 2000 and I sincerely wish that if Roger is thinking about "keeping the nation held hostage" while he decides on whether he will return next season, the Yankees will say thanks for the memories but we don't need your services anymore. And that thought process was warranted even before this report had his name in it (regardless of whether he used anything illegal).
In the same breath, every team should say the same thing to Bonds too.
I will end this by saying this HAS NOTHING to do with RACE.

possibly trying to play the race card or looking for it..isn't the proper way to look at this issue..

Bonds wasn't a part of Red Sox vendetta innuendo like the Mitchell (Red Sox) Report did to Roger

Bonds has been indicted in a federal court for his involvement..if that happens to Clemens too..then this question will be appropriate

Bonds admitted he used steriods, but he claimed that he UNKNOWNILY took them. I mean how do you unknowingly take steriods. Clemens there is only a trainer that said he helped Clemens take the steriods, but most of the Mitchell Report is false.

Barry Bonds was an ahole to the fans so when he got in trouble everyone said "the hell with him"

Roger Clemens endeared himself to all his fans so it is easier to find sympathy with him

Frizzer must not listen to the radio and watch Tv.

Everyone is treating Clemens better and he is getting the benefit of the doubt since the Mitchell report came out. He issued a statement only after numerous players named came out and said they took HGH including his off season training partner Andy Pettite.

I see where he is being treated better because no one is breaking their neck like they did with Bonds to say he is a cheater too.

I am not sure if him being white and being loved by fans because he is media friendly has anything to do with it but its sure fishy to me.

I cant figure out why most implicated by the Mitchell report have admitted to doing HGH or steroids and the guy who told has been right on with the people he said did it UP TO THIS POINT . WHY WOULD HE ONLY LIE ON CLEMENS?

EVERYONE ELSE HAS ADMITTED IT SO WHY IS ROGER STALLING. Looks guilty to me.......................

Clemens is getting roasted all over the media. Maybe he's getting a pass by some folks here in Yahoo! Answers, but this isn't reality.

Possibly because Barry has hit 762 home runs in his major league career, while Roger has hit zero.

1. he is white (sad but true)
2. there is proof Bonds is guilty, and for now Clemens is mostly heresay (though that's kind of weak)
3. Clemens was likeable and Bonds has always been a jerk
4. No one has gone to jail on his behalf
5. He hasn't been indicted on federal perjury charges
