how do i get blockers off my computer?

i was trying to download a free stream to watch a footy game the other day and it all came up in chinese writing so i was just clicking everything now chinese writing pops up sometimes and i cant play poker on ladbrokes or pogo amongst other things anyone know how i can stop this happening? thanks

That is one big wicked virus, scan the computer, and do it NOW !!!!
