Because they think with his behaviors that maybe he has never seen the document and does not know the content of it. He called it that God-dmmmmed piece of paper...although he swore to uphold and defend it just like our armed forces do. They put their lives on the line for that document. Our forefathers gave their all in creating independence from a tyranical ruler and established it as the backbone of our government. I guess that is why Bush wants to send his version of democracy to Iraq. Perhaps he wants to send our constitution as well.....we sure don't seem to be using it.

Perhaps if it was in an "abridged" form and embedded into the story "My Pet Goat" somehow, Bush may actually read it, though I may be just grasping at straws here.

Maybe it's because he said to quit tossing it in his face and that it was just a G*d D*mn piece of paper? But I'm just guessing. :-)

Ok, Mr. Smartypants, get your facts straight...it was 37,000 people.

Too funny. If I would have known in advance, I would have requested that as well.

Bush obviously needs an education in what the Constitution says and means.

It is neither quaint (as Alberto Gonzales described it) nor a Goddamned piece of paper (as Bush described it).
