What kind of problems will I run into finding a job as a Driver? I have 2 previous drinking and driving violations. One was 3 yrs ago. The other was 7 yrs ago. What do companies look at? How can I show to companies that I do not drink anymore? Is there anything I can do?

Hate to tell you this, but there is no way in hell you can get a driving job with a DUI, never mind 2 DUIs that are relatively recent.

They will look at your driving record and decide not to hire you. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do.

You may want to look at your state's laws as far as driving records go -- the DUIs may have dropped off your record at this point for public viewing. The police can still see the entire record, but not public companies or people. You can find out by contacting the Motor Vehicle Administration in your area (or at their website maybe). I know that in Maryland even insurance companies can go back only so far on your record. IF the DUIs have indeed dropped off the public viewing portion of your record, you'd still have to answer honestly on the application if they ask about that sort of thing. Not sure how you'd get around it.

Tell you the truth, you will not be able to get a driving job. Do to that the company may think of you as a risk driver and the insurance company covers the company may not want you to drive.

The first one should be off your record or about to be removed. However you have about 4 more years of the second offence.
Reason of not being hired is simple the cost of insurance even if you can prove your sobriety.
They still need to insure you as a driver and the insurance company will look at your driving record and will charge the company accordingly.
There is not a lot you can do about it at this time. Best of luck and stay sober.
