It is interesting that you wrote a poem with out words.

Is it musical? If you can find a way to post your musical form, I would very much like to hear it.

If the words are still captured in your feelings, thoughts and head, this is what I do to help bring them to paper.

I focus on just one image in my mind/feelings. That is the only thing I allow to flow within me at the time.
While it is there strong and bold, I blindly write upon the paper I hold.

From beginning to end this is what I do.
I focus on one thought until it is written down, then flow to the next.

After it is all on paper I review it. Are the feelings and emotions I felt , correctly portayed?
Review and rewrite keeping the meassage forever alive and truly protrayed.

I hope my suggestions are of some help.

Peace,
Sam

Dr. Seuss is perfect for inspiration for this poem! Just look at his book Hop On Pop!

Like I could do better than Jack - lol :)

I'm not really poetically inclined, although I love Dr. Seuss. I'm not sure if those are the types of words you are looking for though.

There once was a girl from Y! Answers
Who went and gave me the tight pantsers
I'd show her affection
With my huge erection
Cause this lust's killing me like a cancer..s...

OK I suck.

If I don't have the words, I usually use gestures.

I would surely get violated if I tried.

This lyrical frustration
and a bit of inebriation
causes bursts of poetic license
and mental masturbation

And it may not be wise
and it may not be just
that I lack the words to say
how much I long for you, and lust

Edit: I have a pretty good idea of who the thumbs down are from, and I know it's not you, Kit Kat. :-)
