I need to know what Hooverize means.

i cant find it anywhere so i need your help plz

"Because of his great ability to organize and administrate, Hoover’s own name became a word. To “Hooverize” meant to complete a task in an efficient way. People began to “Hooverize” everything from mowing the grass to writing a novel. A popular Valentine from 1920 read":

“I’ll Hooverize on dinner,
On fuel and tires too,
But I’ll never learn to Hooverize
When it comes to loving you”

The two most famous Hoovers in American history were President Herbert Hoover and FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. Look them up.

I've never come across the term "Hooverize," but I imagine that it might mean to deal with a situation in a way that one of those men might have dealt with it, or something like that. Look at the context in which the word is used. Does the sentence or paragraph have anything to do with either of those Hoovers?
