I was going to use Tomy but it would get mistaken for Tommy. How would you spell it?

My guess is that either way it's spelled will get mistaken for Tommy. I love the name! I've never heard it. I have to admit when I first read the question I sounded out "Tommy" for each spelling. When I look at the three spellings now, I think Tomey would be mistaken for "Tommy" the least.

I had a friend named Tomi, who actually pronoucned it like Tommy- but he got "Tome-ee" a lot, so if that's what you're going for, it will probably work.

i like the misspellings/weirdspellings of names....

tomey and tomi look like they would be pronounced "toe-mee" ew.
