Your hair is pretty in both pictures please don't cut it short. I hate it when girls have such beautiful hair and they chop it off.
It's a travesty. Sorry I couldn't help with the color thing.

it looks darker in the second pic than the first and i like it better darker so maybe even darker or just a shade close to the second pic

I would take it a little bit darker and then add caramel highlights to give it texture.

None. Your hair is beautiful. If you die it now, you will have to keep dying it forever!! I'd leave it like that. If not, just some simple highlights!

maybe you should go darker. even be a brunette like your freind. you can also try black. darker tone would definetly look nicer for you.
