I apologize for the typo, I used spell check and it said no mispelled words.

Jonas I disagree, but we all have our own opinions. This section was not like this when it first started, this is just a recent thing. It is beginning to look a lot like Mythology and Folklore section also.

Sorry about the double posting above. I don't know how that happened. Must have been a demon.

Zachary I think you are right but this section is beginning to get cluttered up like R&S. I remember when it first started we hardly ever had a second page and the Q&A'a were much more in line with paranormal studies not it seems to be about demons tv shows and such. There is nothing wrong with that but I don't considere these paranormal.

Ghosts, yes, telephy, yes, mind over matter, yes, parallel diminsions, yes, lesy lines, yes(maybe) demons, curses, prayers, vampires, werewolves in my opinion is R&S or M&S material. I am finding it hard to find good questions to answer about the paranormal anymore.

Hopefully the fighting will not follow. This is a pretty laid back section. We disagree but with respect to each other.

I usualy hang out in R&S but come here for a different atmosphere but am finding it here now. oh well I have made it to level seven maybe it is time to disappear for good.

Well, I don't visit R&S very often so I can't say. Are you referring to the fighting that goes on there? If so, I will say that the Christmas spirit is one spirit you can't debunk :-) I personally enjoy some of the tug-o-war that goes on here, but hey, maybe its time to lighten up for a bit. Hang some holly. Light up the menorah for our Jewish friends. Don some gay apparel. Even James Randi can't deny that it's the season for being jolly :)

EDIT: Ah, I get it, I think you're referring to all the religious topics coming up. Yeah, I know, it's misplaced. I think that some people take the paranormal as a general dumping ground for all things mysterious, whether its religion, ghosts or god. Maybe we have some refugees from R&S escaping the arguing over there.

There are some distinct differences between paranormal and spiritual beliefs. However, ghosts, angels, spirits, demons and even the Supreme Being himself are all otherworldly, so I can see how we have a little bit of overlap.

Because many people like to relate religion to the paranormal as an explanation for events that have occurred in the world. Some people find it to be hard to accept the fact that God is real. I believe that they use paranormal theories as a sign that God really does exist and is out to help them in this world.

It's as simple as this. They ask a question over there it's buried in a few minutes. Here it can last front row for a day.You get more people seeing it.I wish they'd find some other place.

because the paranormal and the spiritual are inevitably tied together and inseperable.
