I do I have a lovely metal heart that I wear on the sleeve of my coat. It means that you care about something other than yourself. Mine means that I care about all the little children that are stuck in the hospital waiting for a miracle to happen.I got mine from the childrens hospital here in Canada. ♥ ♥ ♥

I try not to. If its on display its too easy to hurt. People know where I stand most of the time but i keep my opinion to myself if it might hurt others.
However if its something I feel strongly about it sometimes appears on my sleeve without me meaning it to!

Sometimes. it means that I am VERY compasionate and need to help people or animals. While that is true, I do hold bad sometimes, when I should.

ummm...well i wouldnt say i do.i have before and ended up being screwed over..what i think it mean..you put yourself out there. your put your guard down and let people into ur life easily and allow them to win u over easily as well...
