We are not doing anything for each other here. We can barely afford Chirstmas for the kids this year. Kind of sucks but they are little right now and won't really notice that it's tight around here.
I feel a little guilty though because I bough two things earlier in the year for my husband before he lost his job. One is an original painting I bought from a street vendor, had to wait for it to dry but it's awesome. And the other is another dragon statue for his collection. I'll be putting to daddy from my kids on the tag.

My husband's dresser top is always a freakin' mess, he has no real way to organize everything, and it bugs both of us because he can never find anything. So on a flea market expedition, I found an insert from a pre-civil war desk (the desk itself was long gone) with drawers, shelves, cubby holes and two secret compartments. A nice bit that stands perfectly well on its own!
He has no clue.
Also, an extra memory card for his digital camera.

The Witcher, which is a computer game he wanted, a vintage Iron Man comic, because he loves Iron Man, and a book about the history behind Guernica..his favorite painting. I also bought him this super expensive shampoo he loves.

Absolutely nothing. (very sad) No money for gifts this year. Must save every dollar for bills and mortgage. But we have love and togetherness and that's a better gift then anything else in life.

I got his computer fixed- the OS was friend thanks to our ex-roommate going to a lot of sites with spyware, so I had the computer guy rebuild the whole hard drive so my BF could get back to his writing career. Also, I got him a tripod for his new camcorder, a sweater, and the board game Clue, because he was mentioning how much he used to love that game.
