I failed my driving test today and feel so rubbish about it.
I got 3 fatal mistakes (too close to parked cars, pulled out wrong time at a juntion, and in the wrong lane)
other than that I did O.K but second test will be different manouvers and different roads.
I've booked another test but I feel so down about it (got it 29th january) should I just keep going. or is there a stop point

You know what? I failed my driving test 3 full times before I finally passed. By about the second time, I was ready to give up and buy a bus pass, because I was so ashamed and I just felt so stupid. It was an awful feeling, because I'd never really failed at anything before. I was a straight-A student and all, but for some reason I kind of had dyslexia about driving rules and all that. My advice to you is to not give up- have one of your parents or a friend with a license take you out for some extra practice every day, if that's what it takes, and just remember that you are your own best friend, and if you don't believe in yourself, nobody else will either. My driving was a huge family joke for years until one day when I said, "You know what? Yes, I failed my test 3 times, but in the past 12 years I've been driving I haven't been in an accident that was my fault and I've only gotten 2 tickets ever (running a red light and speeding a bit), whereas my brother who passed on the first try has totaled 5 cars now, and actually had to go to court-ordered driving school to get his license back. That means that in the long run, I am the better driver, no matter how many times I failed the test." That shut them up!
Go back there on the 29th with your head held high and lots of confidence in your abilities, and just keep saying to yourself, "I'm going to pass this time!" That's what I finally did. And also, just remember that Einstein failed all his classes, including math, as a kid- just think what would have happened if he had given up?

try again, but have more practise, also try a different practice partner..or driver ed course, the course will save u alot on insurence
