Genetics is right.

Oh - and you may find that one hangs a bit lower than the other. That too is nothing to be concerned about.

If for some reason the bigger one (or even the smaller one) is more sensative and even hurts, then you should see a doctor because then it goes beyond genetics.

It's not genetics, or anything else mentioned here.... It's nature's way of keeping the sperm at a perfect temperature.
The left testicle appears 'larger' because it hangs a bit lower.
This is so that when compressed together, one testicle tends to tuck slightly under the other testicle. This helps to protect both testicles from outside bruising, and it helps also to keep the testicles from getting too hot, which could cause temporary infertility.

The real reason is since they are right next to each other, one needs to be just a little smaller so they won't crush each other in the daily grind. They fit in the sac like a glove and each needs its own space to move around. With one being smaller they can slide around without any pain.

it's common for a man to have one slightly larger than another, just like a lot of women have one breast slightly larger than another. if there is no pain or odd lumps don't worry. a general rule of thumb is if you have moderate or severe pain that last more than 1/2 hour, see a doc. never be to embarrassed to go to the doc if you think you need to.

ok this has nothing to do with genetics, its a usage thing. Most of us have two testicles but one takes over the Major production for us in hormone. this causes one of our testicles to become slightly larger. The great part is if that one is damaged or removed for some reason the other one kicks in. pardon the wordage
