i'm sure that must be the reason, you can take as long as you want and think out just what you are going write, making sure you cover all the bases.

No, I think it's because the question went into the 2nd or 3rd page and people just don't look at anything except the 1st page.

No. Its because the question is so far down the list that nobody sees it to answer it. I usually don't go further than halfway down the page.
