Honestly, the guy is garbage. Can't cover. Constantly making illegal tackles from behind because he blew coverage. He has gone downhill since his rookie year. Honestly, he's a defensive liability.

I think Bob Sanders is a better run stopping SS

yeah Ray Lewis is pretty over-rated.

And enough with all the hypotheticals.
"If he played OLB he'd be great.... maybe he should play TE, he would probably be the best in the league"

He isn't even in the top ten SS in the league, but always makes the pro bowl anyway. Total nonsense

Vince Young and Eli don't make pro bowls every year

you could close you eyes and hold your finger over the Dallas roster and drop it and there's a good chance the player it lands on will be overrated.

Yes, its Tony Romo, of the Dallas Cowboys. Just last year he was on the bench and played because of an injury to Bledsoe, now he's the "product" of a new system and all of a sudden he's great? He couldn't even hold a simple snap in the playoffs last year. He's never won anything, not even a playoff game. Even Big Ben has a Superbowl ring! Just wait until Garrett gets a headcoaching job and TO leaves town. Then, we'll see.

Eli Manning has been overrated since the day he was born. i feel bad for him, he never really had a chance.

i love the people who say Tom Brady is the most overrated player in the NFL. The guys thrown 45 TDs this year and has 3 superbowl rings. these people have some really high standards for christs sake.

I would put him up there. I don't think much of Roy Williams the receiver either. Big talk little results and he celebrates everything like he won something.

Ray Lewis was very good but is getting pretty old these days.

Oh yeah.... he also is the most vicious run support DB in the league... definitely a liability in pass coverage.... how about moving him to a Cato June like position... LB/SS???

I would say Eli. He never has had consistancy or lived up his hype. By now he should be the player he was supposed to be. After he whined about where he would or would not play in the draft he has turned out to be a real piece of garbage.

He is alight, not the most overrated. The most overrated player recently was Lavar Arrington. He sucked after his rookie year.

serious answer: eli (even though he isn't in the probowl... being voted there doesn't say overrated).

funny answer: randy moss. he takes plays (or in the case of the raiders SEASONS) off. he can always fall back to "oh, i wasn't trying that play"...

Tom Brady, he is surrounded by greatness. He is a product of the system. Put him on another team and see what happenens.

Seriously....a Cato June type position would be perfect....just ask anyone who has run the ball in his direction how overrated they think he is. My guess is that they would dissagree with you....
