They don't look at your individual grades like your college did when you were applying from high school--instead they look at your GPA and the GPA you got in your major.
It is generally a good idea to put your GPA or your major GPA on your resume--if you don't, employers will assume that you didn't put it on because it's bad. If it really is bad, though, then maybe your major GPA is better and you can put that on instead.
Ask your career center about it if you have questions.

If you are applying for an entry level job then they will look at your degree as well as your Overall College GPA. If you have a very technical or specialized position such as Business Admin they may want to know your Major GPA as well as the overall GPA. In some companies where they have a lot of applicants they may request your full transcript.

Once you have about 2-3 years into your profession the GPA no longer really matters. It really is only the degree you have, and your previous work experiance.

Depends on when you're applying and what type of job. If it's a job that doesn't require special education or training prior to entry (like most food service, custodial, labor intensive) then no. If it is, then only if you have no prior work experience that could be related.

Once you've been in an industry for even a couple of years, all of that becomes unnecessary and they just look at previous employment history.

they'll look at your GPA. You can also put down your subject-matter GPA.
By that, I mean: if your school required you to take alot of english and theology courses alongside your electrical engineering degree, and those liberal arts things brought your grades down, you could say "I had a 2.9 overall GPA, but a 3.7 in my subject matter"
They may also ask about specific classes, if you're filling a specific job. If you're a statistical analyst, they might ask what you got in Statistics, since that's basically what you'll be doing.

Overall, though, words speak louder than numbers. Get a couple teachers who you think know you well and think highly of you, and have them write you letters of recommendation. Having a teacher say "She's hard working, doesn't give up, and can do a skill well once learned," makes an employer feel they know you better than having to look at a GPA and guess what it says about you.

It depends on the employer and the profession. If you have a general business degree and are going into something simple like marketing or sales then probably not. Most likely they will ask you but I don't think they will follow up. However if you are going into something that requires a strong knowledge such as Law, Accounting, Engineering then they definitely will ask for a transcript. But they really want your Major GPA. So if you are a law student don't worry about that D in Biology.

There are a few fields in which employers are very concerned about your academic performance. You may, for example, find that if you are an accounting or engineering major, employers will want to know your GPA and may request a transcript from you. In most cases, however, grades are less important to employers than their perceptions about your competence and your willingness to work.

Sometimes they do, but for the most part it depends on the job you're applying for. If it's a serious job that you'd start your career at, I'd say yes, but for regular jobs like working in the mall, no. Then it's just all about your personality.

Does your resume have a GPA for the job like Business Administration b+?

Or as a Chemistry Technician I got all C's in Chem.

The usually look at your gpa so in a way yes. Sometimes they also want to know your gpa for just the classes in your major (minus the general curriculum classes).

Of course they do. Many employers require transcripts. They want to see not only how smart you may be, but how diligent. Did you take physics 101 or basketweaving?
