if so.... what is the difference between " I have to go" and "I am to go"... plz explain thanks

yes it is correct
and it means that I intend to go now with my free will,

but I have to go means I am forced to go by any order, temptation or necessity

what about "I am about to go now." ? Is it gramatically correct? isn't it better than "I am to go now?"

"I am to go now" its absolutely correct sentence and it means that I intend to go now.
but "i have to go" means i am forced to go by other.

I am to go implies that you SHOULD go. I have to go implies an obligation. I'm almost positive "I am to go" is grammatically correct. Hope I helped!

in the sentence " I am to go college" the intention is shown whereas " I have to college" shows that someone is forced to go to college

"I am going now" is better.
"have to go" means you are forced to go for some reason.

I am to go now sounds very strange. I like, I must go or I have to go.
