They sure are! I hang out with a lot of guys. They constantly worry about muscles, pimples, stomach flab, being too short or too skinny or too fat...you name it, they think about it. Guys are definately insecure about their bodies. They just keep it more to themselves instead of broadcasting it like so many girls do. :)

Yes, some guys are very insecure in this respect just as a female.Most are not so.

I'm sure they are. My brother (11) always thinks he's fat and he is anything but fat, they are also really concerned about they way they dress.
Shouldn't you know if you're a guy?
