The Sims 2 Deluxe. The graphice are much better. Sims one is 2d and although there are more expansion packs, Sims 2 definitely trumps the original.

Sims 2 Deluxe, if your computer can handle it. Sims 2 is worlds better than Sims 1 (which is what Complete Collection is).

Both are actually really good. But if your computer has more memory, I'd recommend the Sims 2 Deluxe. Sims 2 is more real and virtual than Sims. My favorite thing about it is actually having Cars! Sims is great, and it also has less memory added to your computer than Sims 2. The thing I love about Sims is my Sims never aging, and I suppose in Sims 2 they could never age if you use aging_off.....Anyways! In Sims 2 it's also addicting to fufill your Sims Perspirations and Aspirations.
