Hi Hope your well.

Right i think your confused with some things.

Itunes is the program you will use to upload, import, purchase and edit mp3's to videos.

Itunes is the free program which lets you completely control what goes on with your ipod.

Limewire is a completely different program. Limewire is a a client which lets you search for a number of files, including music, videos, pictures and software. Now the version your most likely to download the basic version which is free, but has its down sides. You will have added adware and popups and is really unsafe. Now i have the pro version of it which you can purchase a yearly subscription to or try to find a hacked version. I honestly would stay away from using Limewire. (Full Stop!).

This is because many many people have said you can recieve viruses and infections to your computer from files you may have downloaded even though they might say there an .mp3 or .jpg. Your computer files may also be at risk when you could be sharing important private documents. (this can be turned off).

Itunes you can still purchase songs from, you if you wanted to.

But a lot of people use bittorrents and torrents to download many things.

Personally if you think your confident and have a good understanding of how to get viruses off and clean your pc. Use it.

If your a novice and unsure stay away your only going to cause damage one day to your files and pc, when your not expecting it.

Limewire works with anything, but remember people talk about it a lot on here, some people say its good a lot others say the opposite.

Just be very careful and make sure your not sharing anything with anyone.

Important to have a very very good antivirus, try ESET Antivirus one of the best on the marker and cheaper and simpler to use, than Norton or Mcafee.

I mean if your confident in using

You actually do not have to use Itunes to get songs on your Ipod (any ipod) and yes Limewire is just fine, download the song and highlight it, then drag it over to Itunes and your good to go!! Just remember to sync your nano!

you certainly do no longer could want to coach Itunes to get songs on your Ipod (any ipod) and definite Limewire is in basic terms magnificent, acquire the music and spotlight it, then drag it over to Itunes and your good to flow!! in basic terms be efficient you sync your nano!

if i were you, i wouldnt even use limewire. no offense, but it's got so many bugs in it, it'll f*** your comp in the a** with them. you have no idea what it did to mine. i know somewhere out there im not the only one who thinks this. i'd use torrents or something instead.

You can but be warned, using LimeWire makes your computer VERY accessible to hackers and viruses. Because it is music sharing, it makes all documents and programs on your computer accessible to others. Please, be very very very careful! It messed my computer all up!
