I got a violation notice and then they deleted my other account a couple minute later but I still get emails from that account I can log in just not answer questions.

That's insane - about 60 and still here!
My other account got only 4!! and it was permanently suspended.
If you're still here, then your account is going no where any time soon. Just......try and stay within the guidelines, that should do it. If you continuously get them - there is an appeal board that you can go to to have the violations removed.

yes, they deleted my other account after 12 violations. I was a level 6 and was a top contributor in 2 catagories, but they still deleted me

I have had this happen twice since I joined almost a year ago, and no, they won't delete the account unless you have more notices.

I have gotten quite a few (many of them not my fault! I felt the need to add that) but my account is still standing.

Not usually. If you can still log in, then no, they won't. Everybody gets them - congratulations on your first! If your account gets suspended, you'll get an email from Y!A telling you so.
