The first question is odd.
-You can have evaporite minerals, like halite, when liquids evaporate.
-You can have minerals when a liquid turns into a solid. Ice is a mineral.
-You can have minerals when you have melting and solidification. The minerals crystallize as the liquid solidifies.
-D is oddly worded. Heat and pressure from Earth's core doesn't really erupt. Heat and pressure in the mantle and lower crust can cause eruptions.

So I am not sure what the answer is unless it is all of the above because you can have mineral formation in all those situations.

a) They are both minerals
b) They are both minerals
c) Bingo!
d) No.
