It probably would depend on if they came out and said it, it was part of a conversation or they were asked a question. But for the most part people often have a higher opinion of themselves then they really should or a lower opinino of themselves then they should. Most people are not as humble as they think.

Not necessarily. When someone is asked to describe themselves, sometimes humble is one of them. I know for a fact that people who have said this turn out to be humble.
