They are white and 4" of heel...

The heels are not trashy at all... But don't know about the whole look... what do you think?

Those heels with a mini might look a bit trashy, or maybe not -it depends. But if you are comfortable with the look, then go for it. Its entirely up to you and no one else.

no , the heels look abit trashy and with a mini skirt it will only make it worse , wear them with a pair of jeans or black trousers ....

I don't think so. The heels are really ghetto looking. Flats and flip flops look cuter with skirts. But whatever floats your boat.

Its okay if you're going to a bar or something but to a dinner party etc it might be a bit trashy.

Well i think the heels are trashy so don't wear them with a mini.
if you do wear them with something, pair with jeans and a more revealing top.
